 Private one-hour dog training lessons are $150. Our board-and-train programs range from $2,500 to $15,000, depending on the length of the program, the dog’s behavior, and the level of training and follow-up support needed. We’ll recommend the best option after learning about your dog, your goals, and the challenges you are facing.  

 Yes, we offer board-and-train programs for dogs from Nashville and the surrounding area. Your dog stays with us in a home environment and receives focused daily training for obedience, leash manners, recall, public behavior, and other challenges. We also teach you how to continue the training when your dog returns home.  

 Yes, we work with dogs that bark, lunge, growl, shut down, or become overwhelmed around people, dogs, and unfamiliar situations. We identify what is contributing to the behavior and create a personalized plan to improve focus, confidence, and calmer decision-making. Results and timelines depend on the dog, the severity of the behavior, and the owner’s consistency at home.  

 Puppy training can begin as soon as your puppy comes home, usually around eight weeks old. Early training focuses on potty training, crate training, biting, chewing, socialization, basic commands, and building good habits. You do not need to wait until unwanted puppy behaviors become serious problems.  

 Yes, but lasting results require you to continue using the same rules and training at home. At the end of the program, we show you what your dog has learned and teach you how to communicate clearly, practice the skills, and maintain the new behavior. Board and train builds the foundation, but your participation helps make the results last.

 Yes, prong collars are one of our primary training tools. When properly fitted and used correctly, they provide clear, gentle communication without requiring constant pulling or heavy pressure. We combine them with praise, rewards, repetition, and structure, and we teach owners how to use them safely and confidently. We typically do not use e-collars.
