We’re Cameron and Ilsa, the husband and wife team behind Top-Tier Pup Academy, and we’re lifelong dog parents who understand what it’s like to live with every kind of pup imaginable. Over the years, we’ve worked with food and crate aggressive dogs, leash reactive dogs, stubborn seniors, high energy puppies, and everything in between.
Our journey into dog training started simply with our own dogs. Like many owners, we faced challenges, made mistakes, and learned just how powerful communication and consistency can be. That passion grew into a calling: helping other dog owners build calm, confident, and happy relationships with their pups.
At Top-Tier Pup Academy, we believe training should be realistic, balanced, and relationship based. We focus on trust, clear communication, and practical techniques that actually work in everyday life.
